Dinner

HAte tonight at an all-you-can-eat French style pizza place----flam's. the Flammekueche is a gastronomic specialty of Alsace. It is made of a thin layer of dough covered with a mix of cream and soft white cheese, seasoned and topped with onion and bacon.  They had chocolate and apple ones for dessert.  Mmmmmmm good! We had some happy travelers tonight.
