Day Three

A great day spent in the Loire Valley where there are about 300 chateaus.  Went to the town of Amboise where we had time to shop and eat lunch...Bigot biscuits and chocolates is famous....I think everyone paid a visit.  Some went to the home of Leonardo da Vinci...he came here from Italy...buried here, too. Explains why the Amina alisa is in a Paris! Lots of quaint shops,restaurants,and friendly locals. Some photos of the town...an ice skating in Rick of the children....even a palm tree....and yes, flowers in February!
